Acknowledgment of receipt

The method of obtaining the receipt certificate is defined in Joint Ministerial Decision no 23615/651/E.103 (Government Gazette 1184 – 9/5/2014) Article 6 par. 3, which prescribes that “the collection of WEEE of non-domestic origin from commercial, industrial, institutional and other sources, is effected by legitimate collectors-carriers directly from the users’ facilities/premises. Upon receipt of the WEEE, a Certificate of Receipt is issued.

The method of issuing/granting this Certificate is prescribed in the cooperation agreement between the alternative management system and the collectors-carriers”.

Appliances Recycling S.A. issues a “WEEE Receipt Certificate” after each receipt is completed and sends it electronically and/or by post to each partner who sends WEEE.
